What is your cancellation & refunds policy on workshop / events?

Workshops & events booked cannot be refunded or redeemed for a later date, please remember to check your booking dates & times at checkout.

In the unfortunate event that you cannot make the date for any reason (if you fall ill, have another event on etc), you may gift your ticket to someone else to attend in your place. Please kindly notify us should this occur with the details of who you would be gifting your tickets to.

What is your return and refunds policy on products purchased?

We take the best precautions to package our items for courier as safely as possible, but in the unfortunate event that there is a breakage during transit, we will endeavour to either fix the item for you, or, if necessary, replace it.
 
Should your order be damaged, we require that you please contact us, via email, within two days of arrival. Returns and refunds will not be issued for any other reason.
We reserve the right to issue refunds on the basis of breakages at our discretion.

How are orders shipped?

All orders are shipped via reliable door-to-door courier services. We work with a range of reputable courier partners to ensure your items arrive safely and on time.

We deliver nationwide in South Africa.

Delivery will be confirmed by way of email once your order has been processed.

Standard delivery is charged based on your parcel size, starting from R130 - R350, and will be calculated at checkout.
Please allow 24 - 48 hours for order processing before dispatch. Delivery lead time is approximately 3 - 5 working days.

By placing your order, you accept that the goods may be delivered to any person present at the delivery address. We are not required to prove that you personally received the goods, only that delivery was made and signed for at the specified address.
