Studio Assistant - Full Time Position

Studio Assistant Responsibilities:

​

Event Support: Host, coordinate, and assist with in-studio events, as well as corporate and private events.


Customer Assistance: Assist customers with ceramic painting and other walk-in activities, ensuring a positive and engaging experience.


Ceramic Item Packaging: Package clients' ceramic items carefully and efficiently.


Customer Relations: Handle customer queries and sales in-store, providing excellent service and support.


Guest Artist Coordination: Assist in overseeing guest artists and the workshops they offer according to The Creatory’s schedule.


Training and Upskilling: Attend training, courses, and upskilling sessions as required by The Creatory to stay updated with new techniques and offerings.


Workshop Preparation: Oversee the setup and cleanup for all workshops, ensuring a smooth and organized process.


Stock Control: Maintain stock control in the studio, ensuring materials and supplies are well-maintained and replenished as needed.


Order Packaging: Package orders for shipping, ensuring they are securely and neatly packed.


Sales Encouragement: Promote and encourage sales in the studio, including signups for workshops, product sales in-store, and other products/services offered by The Creatory.


Administrative Duties: Handle all administrative responsibilities, including emails, calls, notifications to clients, and other general admin tasks to ensure the effective day-to-day running of the studio.


Studio Maintenance: Keep the studio space and items clean and tidy at all times, maintaining a welcoming and organized environment.

•    Attention to Detail: Meticulous in ensuring accuracy and precision in all tasks.
•    Creatively Inclined (Advantageous but not Required): Any creative skills, knowledge, or background are a plus but not essential.

Working Hours:
Tuesday - Fridays, 09h00 – 17h00
Saturdays & Sundays, 09h00 - 17h30
(With every Monday off & x2 weekends off per month)
Occasional requests for additional hours in the evenings for special events may occur.

Monthly Salary: To be discussed
