Once your booking/ order has been placed online, you will receive an automatic email confirmation with your booking. This email will serve as confirmation of your spots booked. You are not required to bring this confirmation along as we will already have your booking noted on our system.

Workshops & Classes booked cannot be refunded or redeemed for a later date, please remember to check your booking dates & times at checkout. In the unfortunate event that you cannot make the date, you may gift your ticket to someone else.
The Creatory reserves the right to cancel or reschedule events at any point. Should this event be cancelled or rescheduled by The Creatory, you will be notified and have a choice of a full refund or can opt to be booked in for the next available date.
